A project created to improve Barcelona's visitors experience, by reducing traffic and highlighting the city's natural beauty.
The proposal suggested a division of design into two levels. The upper level, above the sea level, consisting of three towers. The lower level features an aquarium to experience the marine life of Barcelona.
